The Mythical Coastlands

ANPHITRIA

Along the jagged coasts and towering cliffs of Anphitria, harpies and other mythical creatures haunt the skies and shores. At the heart of the region stands the City-State of Anphitria, a wealthy dominion ruled by powerful Guilds and noble houses.

Beyond the city walls, the wilds are no less dangerous. The Veilwood, stretching along the coast, is home to the Veiled Sisterhood, an ancient all-women order bound by oath to protect Anphitria’s noble bloodlines. Though exiled from the city, they remain its unseen shield, striking from the shadows against threats both mortal and monstrous.

Across the southern waters, Minoc and seafarers navigate treacherous currents and forgotten islands at endless war against the jurakin, where lost temples, aberrations, and ancient relics lie buried.

Many expeditions seek these ruins, but few return unchanged. It is said that under them lie the remnants of a forgotten age. In the early Wars of the Lords, Tialevor slew Mythos, the ancient Lord of Knowledge, corrupting his wisest sages into the first Eye Tyrants, beings of terrifying intellect who still shape the world from the shadows.

Though rich and thriving, Anphitria stands at the crossroads of civilization and myth, where power, knowledge, and ancient horrors intertwine beneath the surface
