How do I set up my account?
After subscribing for the first time, you’ll receive an automatic email with a link to set your password and complete your account setup. Follow the instructions, and you’ll be all set!
How do I access my rewards?
Once you subscribe, all rewards are added to your personal library. You can access them by logging into your account with the email you used for the subscription and the password you set up.
When will I receive new rewards?
If your payment subscripton is active, new rewards are added to your library every month (usually on days 2-4), and you’ll be notified via email when they’re available.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the "Manage your Subscription" section on the top of this page. Once canceled, you will stop receiving new rewards but will retain access to those you’ve already received.
Can I still access my rewards if I cancel my subscription?
Yes! If you cancel, you’ll retain access to all the rewards you received while your subscription was active. However, you won't receive new monthly rewards after cancellation.
Can I still receive my rewards into MyMiniFactory Library?
Yes, you will receive the full set of rewards in your MyMiniFactory (MMF) library at the beginning of the following month.
However, we encourage you to use our own library for the best experience and to get your rewards sooner :)
Will I lose access to my rewards if I forget my password?
No worries! You can easily reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and following the instructions to regain access to your library.
Can I share or modify the rewards I receive?
The rewards are for personal use only. You are not allowed to share the files or modify them, except for resizing or combining meshes for your own use.
